Mobilizing the Cameroonian Diaspora for Educational Development in Partnership with LCE-Cameroon.
The Cameroonian diaspora is one of the strongest pillars of national development. The change we hope for will not come only from elsewhere, it begins with us. Across the world, Cameroonians possess the skills, resources, and experience needed to build a better future for our country, Cameroon.
LCE-Cameroon (LiSy Creative Education) is actively working to improve access to quality education for children and young people, particularly those from underprivileged backgrounds. The organization runs several programs, including academic reinforcement, German language training, course digitalization, and a support initiative titled “Successful Integration in Germany,” designed to prepare young people for smooth academic and social integration abroad. In addition, LCE-Cameroon carries out social outreach activities, including annual visits to orphanages in Yaoundé, providing emotional and material support to vulnerable children.
Today, the organization is calling on the Cameroonian diaspora to support its projects. The needs are concrete: computers, schoolbooks, improved internet connectivity, scholarships for disadvantaged students, and professional mentorship. “Investing in education means investing in the future of Cameroon,” the leadership team emphasizes, inviting every Cameroonian abroad to become an agent of change.
